is a medically related holding company comprised of two core businesses.
The company operates medical facilities
(Hotel de
Health)
on the Island of Anguilla, B.W.I. that supply medical diagnostic services and dialysis. The
facility combines the recreational aspects of a Caribbean destination
with the availability of North American quality medical services.
The diagnostic test division was created in response to a worldwide
demand for less costly, rapid technically simplified test methods to
test for infectious diseases. The company has developed its VScan™ rapid test kits for the detection of HIV 1 & 2, Hepatitis B and C, Tuberculosis,
Dengue Fever and West Nile virus. The company is currently in negotiations with major
healthcare concerns to supply these tests to the world wide market.

To date, the VScan™ rapid HIV test kit
has been approved in countries in South East Asia, South and Central
America. As a result, the VScan™
HIV1&2 rapid test kit is now approved for sale at all levels including
retail in countries representing approximately 40% of the world

approvals etc.
Recently the diagnostic division has been expanded to now offer test
kits for sexual transmitted diseases (STDs) and for the initial
detection of cancer. The STD kit tests for Syphilis and the Cancer kit
tests for Prostate Cancer. Other innovative kits are under development.
Medical Services
International Inc. has also
acquired a strategic interest in a call centre operation (Teltek
International Limited) based in the British West Indies. The call center
operation operates full service call centers with the latest customer
relationship management technology specializing in providing call center
out-sourcing solutions and out-bound telemarketing services to major
U.S. multi-national corporations.
Medical Services International Inc. stock trades on the NQB Pink Sheets
in the United States under the
symbol MSITF The Company is considered a foreign issuer that is why
there is an F at the end of the stock symbol. The consequences of this
is that trading volume is not available in real-time during the day.
Instead, it is only reported after the close (usually around 6:30 pm).
