Medical Services International Expands into Taiwan

Medical Services International Inc. (Pinksheets: MSITF) is pleased to that it has expanded into Taiwan. The Company has reached a distribution agreement with a large pharmaceutical company headquartered in Taiwan. The fact that the Company has received regulatory approval in the People's Republic of China, India and Vietnam and has significant test data from S.E. Asia was instrumental in negotiating a deal that is very favorable to the Company. In order to maintain its distributorship the pharmaceutical company must purchase a minimum of 1,000,000 HIV test kits in the first year of the contract. Each subsequent year of the 3 year contract, the distributor must purchase in excess of 1,500,000 HIV test kits per year. The HIV test kits for this operation will be supplied from the Company's Shanghai facility. The company expects to begin shipping to Taiwan in the next 45 days.

There has also been significant interest in Taiwan for both the Tuberculosis (TB) test kit and the Dengue Fever test kit. Negotiations are currently on going related to these test kits.
