Medical Services International Begins to Increase
Production of the VScan Test Kits

Medical Services International Inc. (Pinksheets: MSITF) is pleased to  that it has has sold and shipped in excess of 165,000 rapid test kits in January 2005 and expects to ship as many as 200,000 kits in February 2005 and 250,000 kits in March 2005. These numbers are expected to increase in the fiscal fourth quarter. The Company expects its production rate to increase substantially once Chinese New Year has passed and the Shanghai facilities begins full production.

In addition to the above, the Company expects approval in another four countries where the demand for the VScan rapid test kits is expected to be substantial. The Company is expecting to receive approval of the Tuberculosis (TB) test kits shortly in a substantial market where TB is prevalent.
