Medical Services to Deliver the VScan HIV Test Kits to Drug Testing and Rehabilitation Centers

Medical Services International Inc (Pinksheets: MSITF) is pleased to announce that  it will begin supplying Drug Testing and Rehabilitation Centers in the Peoples Republic of China with its VScan HIV rapid test kits.

It was previously announced that Drug testing and Rehabilitation Centers in China were testing the VScan HIV test kit. Regulatory approval of the VScan HIV test kits, combined with the exceptional performance of the VScan test kit in the Centers has resulted in the Rehabilitation Centers placing orders for the VScan HIV test kits. The initial orders are being placed by the Centers that participated in the testing program. These centers are recommending that all drug testing centers use the VScan HIV test kit as an initial screening tool prior to admittance the Centers.

There is no other HIV rapid test kits that test for both HIV1&2 that have received regulatory approval in China. The Company is in an excellent position to exclusively supply these Centers. The Kits were found by the staff to be easy to use and do not require refrigeration which means that there was no need for special storage facilities for the test kits. It is reasonable to expect that the Drug Testing and Rehabilitation Center will require up to 500,000 test kits in the first year. These kits will be supplied by the Shanghai facility.
