Medical Services Wins Lawsuit

Medical Services International Inc (Pinksheets: MSITF) is pleased to announce that  the claim made by Ronald Webster in Anguilla against the Resort has been dismissed by the Caribbean Court of Appeal. Previously a lower court had ruled in favor of Webster's claim. The Company filed an appeal showing that the lower court had errored in law several times with its decision and that Webster had been less than forthright. The Court of Appeal on Friday February 11, 2005 agreed with the Company and dismissed the Webster lawsuit. At the same time, the Court of Appeal awarded us costs of $158,666 US against Webster. The Company is pleased with the ruling and feels that its position has been vindicated. The Resort on Anguilla helps to form the solid foundation that the Company works from. Hotel de Health has over 6000 active patient files. Hotel de Health has a reputation in that part of the Caribbean for supplying excellent health care. Hotel de Health supplies medical services to international travelers, people from surrounding islands and to the people of Anguilla.
