Completes Independent Appraisals in China

Medical Services International Inc. wishes to announce that it has had its recent Chinese contracts evaluated and appraised by independent Chinese accountants so that the Company is confident that there are no misinterpretations or misunderstandings related to terms and conditions of the contracts. The accounting firm also evaluated the value of the contracts based on our Shanghai operation, the amount that the Company is being paid per kit versus our production costs and capabilities. In their opinion these contracts will generate a gross profit of 4,331,000 US per year for the Company. This does not include any revenue generated from additional contracts or other kits in China. These contracts which are for a period of three years form a solid base for the Company in China while we implement our marketing programs with other distributors and joint venture partners in China and other parts of S.E. Asia.
