Extends Distribution Over Ten Provinces

Medical Services International Inc. is pleased to announce that the new contracts covers 10 provinces in the People's Republic of China. Within these provinces, the Company will be supplying 16 hospitals as well as government medical clinics that are involved in testing programs. We will also be supplying medical supply companies who will be selling to their customers. There is a significant movement to begin as much testing in all aspects of the Chinese population with increasing mandatory testing. Once we have started to supply the hospitals with the VScan HIV test kit and the hospitals become familiar with the VScan HIV test kit, particularly their accuracy (especially related to whole blood), ease of use, and the fact that no refrigeration is required, the Company feels that other hospitals within and outside the 10 provinces will also begin using the VScan HIV test kit. This will substantially increase the number of HIV test kits required in China on a yearly basis. The Company is projecting that the Shanghai facility will have to produce at least 5.0 million test kits in its first year of operations in China.
