Medical Services International Receives Additional Contracts In China

Medical Services International Inc. is pleased to announce that as a result of its new contracts in China, two additional military hospitals have approached the Company to begin supplying its VScan HIV test kits over the next year. Based on existing contracts the Shanghai facility will supply in excess of 700,000 HIV test kits before the end of July, 2005. The Company has begun activating its marketing program for all its test kits in China and expects to exceed its projection of 5,000,000 test kits in the first year from the Shanghai facility.

The VScan™ rapid test kit is a single use, easy to use, test for the screening of HIV 1&2, Hepatitis B&C, Tuberculosis (TB), Dengue Fever and West Nile, Malaria, Syphilis, and Prostate Cancer. The kits cannot be sold in Canada.
