Medical Services International Increases Distribution Network

Medical Services International Inc. is pleased to announce that it will begin the approval process in certain countries in Central America. Preliminary discussions with health care authorities show that there is a significant need for the VScan diagnostic test kits and that our existing test data will be sufficient to receive regulatory approval. Market studies show that these countries will require up to 500,000 test kits per year. The primary interest is in the VScan HIV, Dengue Fever and Malaria test kits.

The Company is pleased to announce that it has added 4 new distributors to its distributor network. These distributors have agreed to purchase 900,000 per year in order to maintain their distributorships. Initial shipments will start in April, 2005.
