Medical Services to Begin China Contracts Early

Medical Services International Inc. (OTC: MSITF)  is pleased to announce that it has been asked to start supplying the VScan HIV 1&2 test kits in China starting May 30, 2005. Previously Medical Services had announced a contract with China to start supplying VScan HIV test kits starting July 1, 2005. The Company has now been asked to supply 315,000 HIV test kits by May 30, 2005 as well as kits in June 2005. This will result in a significant increase in our cashflow for the fourth quarter of the fiscal year end June 30, 2005. The contract with China is to supply US$25.5 million in VScan HIV test kits over 3 years. This does not include sales from other VScan test kits in China.
