Medical Services Begins Shipping to China

Medical Services International Inc. (OTC: MSITF)  wishes to announce that it has begun shipping completed VScan HIV test kits as well as components for assembly of test kits in the Shanghai facility as of May 10, 2005.

As reported in a press release on May 2, 2005, the Company was asked to begin supplying test kits by May 30, 2005 instead of the original date of July 1, 2005.

The Company is in such a position that it has been able to start supplying the VScan HIV test kits 20 days earlier than requested. By supplying 20 days prior to the start up date, the Company is able to demonstrate that its production capabilities areas good as represented and that it has the capability to meet all its contract commitments.

The Company will also continue to meet its other contract commitments and delivery deadlines throughout its distribution network. The Company continues to complete testing necessary in other countries where it has applied for regulatory approvals for the VScan HIV test kits and the other VScan test kits.
