Medical Services Begins Shipping HIV Test Kits
to the Middle East

Medical Services International Inc. (OTC: MSITF) wishes to announce that it has received orders for its VScan HIV 1&2 rapid test kit from Iran. It will begin shipping the test kits by May 20, 2005. These orders are the first orders that have been received from countries in the Middle East. Based on the number of inquiries that the Company has received from the region, combined with the evaluations of the market potential, the Company feels that it is reasonable to expect that it will sell in excess of 500,000 HIV test kits into the Middle East market in the first year.
