Medical Services Signs Additional Contracts in S.E. Asia

Medical Services International Inc. (OTC: MSITF) wishes to announce that it has agreed to ship a minimum of 10,000 VScan HIV test kits per month to Vietnam for the next 12 months. This will generate revenue of approximately $400,000 US dollars. The Company will begin shipping the VScan test kits in July 2005. The kits will be shipped from the Shanghai facility. The Company has been informed that the number of test kits could be increased to as much as 15,000 kits per month.

Based on confirmed contracts in S.E. Asia, the Company will ship VScan HIV test kits with a total value of $9.3 million US dollars with an estimated net profit of $3.8 million US dollars into S.E. Asia for the fiscal period of July 1, 2005 to June 30, 2006. This amount does not include sales from the other VScan test kits that have currently been submitted for regulatory approval in S.E. Asia and does not include sales by distributors in other regions where the VScan HIV test kits have been approved by regulatory bodies
