Medical Services Signs Agreement in Shanghai

Medical Services International Inc. (OTC: MSITF) wishes to announce that it has agreed to supply the Shanghai Police Department with VScan HIV test kits. The kits will be used to test for employees for internal testing, for testing of individuals thought to be involved in the drug trade and for designated rehabilitation centers. This is the second major city whose law enforcement agencies have agreed to use the VScan HIV test kit. It is anticipated that the use by these cities will result in other police departments in other provinces using the VScan test kits.

Once both the VScan Hepatitis C and the Tuberculosis (TB) kits have been approved by government regulatory agencies, the Company has received assurances that both these kits will also be used by the law enforcement agencies. While the volume created by these sales is not large, it is further endorsement of the VScan rapid test kits. As it becomes apparent that the VScan rapid test kit is the test kit of choice by regulatory and law enforcement agencies, the Company anticipates that its share of the Chinese market will increase significantly.
