Medical Services Increases Business in China

Medical Services International Inc. (OTC: MSITF) wishes to announce that it has agreed to in principal to supply a group of 17 hospitals in China 600,000 VScan HIV test kits by September 15, 2005. The first shipment is to be delivered July 15, 2005. This order has an approximate value of 1.4 million US with a net profit of 418,000US. This does not includes sales from other contracts for the VScan HIV test kit or any other VScan test kits. The Shanghai facility will begin production immediately.
