Medical Services Begins Delivery on China Contracts

Medical Services International Inc. (OTC: MSITF) is pleased to announce that it has started delivery related to its latest China contracts. The initial delivery was originally scheduled to be July 31, 2005. Medical Services, through its production facility in Shanghai, was able to deliver the initial delivery in full and 15 days early on July 15, 2005. By September 15, 2005, the Company will have delivered over 600,000 VScan HIV test kits related to just this contract. Other orders are being filled concurrently.
