Medical Services Continues to Sign Marketing Agreements

Medical Services International Inc. (OTC: MSITF) is pleased to announce that it continues to be approached by companies seeking an introduction into China for marketing of their technology. Medical Services has been able to demonstrate that its substantial contacts in China are real and valuable and can be a substantial benefit to any company seeking access to the Asian market.

As a result of these significant contracts in China as well as our relationship with the Nutmeg Group LLC, Medical Services has entered into a Distribution/ Marketing agreement with Tiger Team Technologies Corporation whereby for its services, Medical Services receives an upfront non refundable marketing fee of US$100,000 as well as a non refundable fee of US$100,000 for each succeeding 12 month period where Medical Services represents Tiger Team. In addition to the fees paid, Tiger Team has agreed to pay a 5% commission on all the revenues derived as a result of Medical Services connections, network or efforts.

Tiger Team is a leading developer of a unique process of transforming business operations of medical service providers and companies transacting business over the internet through state-of-the-art communication hardware and software technologies. Tiger Team has developed Auditrac in accordance with US federal mandated HIPAA compliance requirements. This translates to total patient privacy and security which is key to reducing the liability and medical premiums placed on health care providers. The Company seeks to pursue an aggressive growth strategy targeted at corporate and individual practices and other entities transacting business across the internet by leveraging this exclusive transmission process across market segments providing state of the art practice solutions for internet and intranet transmissions. After reviewing all aspects of this technology our Asian contacts became very excited about Auditrac's potential.

Medical Services continues to supply VScan HIV 1 and 2 to customers in China. As the quality of its test kits become known, Medical Services distribution network is expanding. We have now been invited by regulatory authorities to Shangdong Province to discuss our VScan products, particularly the HIV test kit. Acceptance in this province will continue to expand the market for the VScan HIV test kit in China. Our existing contracts are for three years and have a value of 25 million US dollars. The company fully expects to expand our contracts to increase that amount by at least US$10 million.
